My stay at the hotel was incredible. The rooms were ultra-modern, spacious, and comfortable, equipped with all the controls at my fingertips. The service was top-notch, although there were a few hiccups. The location was unbeatable, right next to a bus stop for easy access to all the sights. Wow, let me tell you about my stay at this hotel! The rooms had great amenities and the service was some of the best I have ever experienced. I stayed in a duplex room on the top floor with the most magical 360 degrees view of London in a glass dome. However, there was a slight issue with soundproofing as the door to the adjoining suite wasn't soundproof, but overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The rooms were beautifully decorated with red rose petals, but there were some issues like a lack of working power socket in the bathroom and a dirty carpet. Unfortunately, there was no access to the rooftop bar, and breakfast was not included in the stay.
